History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. After coming to the age of reason, Anselm took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Navigator and was forced into it by his family; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Alex was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
