History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. After a long history of fighting, Randal and his spouse have recently divorced.

He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Roofer work with an outfit from a few towns over. History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
