History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Alexandre is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Alexandre has worked very hard to control his curse. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Bertram was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Bertram's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Carter soon after.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Guy was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
