Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Merchant. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He is a Layabout first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A gifted student he started as a Glassblower, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dyer. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to be a herbalist again

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
