Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Guard who has hired him part-time. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Through the years after Robert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Robert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
