His hair is long and blonde with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Lance was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He worked as a nervous Navigator and found it very stressful. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new navigator responsibilities is difficult

Description: This malnourished man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. His hair is brown and very short. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Chad took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor he uses now. He bought a monstrous two handed axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Roofer for the past few years.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nicholas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
