Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Miles has worked very hard to control his curse. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
