Through the years after Hubert was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hubert's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. After coming to the age of reason, Gunter took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is unsatisfied with his job
