Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his lance with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Don liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a simple blue robe with brown stripes complete with hood, and is pretty ugly. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born in a small forest village. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: This southern man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. His clothes are grease stained in places. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: Born in the south to a Marshal, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Marshal and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: John was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
