Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Rolf never married again.
