Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Carter. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He is a Doppelganger in disguise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by drow. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Map Maker and was forced into it by his family; and to unite with his sister

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carpenter and was forced into it by his family; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.

Motivation: Expand his business.
