Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He struck the Bellfounder job and began his own company from there.
