Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: This late middle aged man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes. and is in decent physical shape. He has wavy black hair. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: Theodoric wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Theodoric took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Theodoric was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Born in the west to a Mortician, Everard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mortician for the past few years.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and he perpetually has his quarterstaff ready. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: Revenge; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He prefers to wear flannel. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Godfrey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
