Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Theodoric was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theodoric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This man is very fat, and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is dressed in a clean tan cloak covering his clean studded leather. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fisher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fisher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fisher.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears an entirely brown suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Shipwright but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was born in a small island village. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilbert was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He bought a hand crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
