Personality: Balimaar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his father's many stories. Balimaar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born in the east to a Soapmaker, Anselm learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest man in the north
