Personality: Norman is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Norman grew up listening to his father's many stories. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: He is renowned for his bright white suits and hats. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. His ears are large.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Drogo grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
