History: He was born into a rich family. Justin was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Dyer. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. A true patriot, Don would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Don was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
