He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and revenge
