Description: He stands about 6'2" and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has violet eyes and a tan hat with a white feather.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Heward was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Heward decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Shoemaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He prefers to wear tan clothing when he does not wear armor. He wears his blonde hair up. He has green eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Layabout. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to be a locksmith again

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears baggy tan pantaloons and a grey scarf. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a Performer, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and to protect his home

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears an entirely grey suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Ralf was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ralf's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
