Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Frederick reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Manfred's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Manfred grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Manfred. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Manfred fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
