History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Adelard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new locksmith responsibilities is difficult

History: Born in the north to a Locksmith, Conrad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
