Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and is wearing a long, black cloak. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. He is baby faced.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Lance was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Ruler. During his travels, Lance and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Lance discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Lance fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theodoric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he typically wears white cloth garments or leather armor. His hair is black and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and money/treasure

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and is pretty ugly. His hair is chestnut and very short. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Seamstress father left him crippled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.
