History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a black coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Randal was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Scribe. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He wears his brown hair up. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: Born in the east to a Blacksmith, Reynard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). In the meantime he has taken over work as a Blacksmith and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and expand his business
