Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bookbinder who has hired him part-time. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bookbinder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bookbinder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Dean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
