History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Aldous's homeland. Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Cory isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His hair is black and very short. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Everard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Everard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: Gerard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bricklayer for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to be a unemployed again
