History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Bertram has worked very hard to control his curse. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Adelard was born the youngest of three triplets. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat and is in decent physical shape. His silver hair is singed and shortened. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge.
