Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bernard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

He prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his scimitar. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Gerard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
