History: Born in the south to a Mercenary, Bertram learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Animal Trainer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mercenary, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: He wears a brown coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. His hair is long and white with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He takes great joy in being the best Ploughman in town.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Apothecary; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
