History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His hair is long and silver with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bertram grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bertram. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears grey leather gloves, a grey jacket, and tight pants. His brown hair is still thick. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His hair is short and black. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Peter enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Peter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he desires power and/or immortality
