History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Nicholas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Seamstress, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: Percival is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Percival was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dilettante. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Spy; and to find somewhere to settle down
