History: The child of a Miner, who enjoyed hunting, Manfred was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Diggory grew up listening to his father's many stories. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sellsword. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and balancing his hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult
