Description: This man stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Roland is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the west to a Beggar, Roland learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He tends to his Beggar job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Gomory isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
