History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aldous grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Aldous and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Aldous discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Aldous fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
