History: John was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Lance never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
