History: He got into the Jeweler business at a young age. Through the years after Kody was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kody's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Bertram was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he wants revenge against goblins

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Layabout. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he has a crush on the local layabout

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and to reunite with his old friends
