His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Robert hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lance embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Lance was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lance was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: A plain young-adult man, he usually wears his brown robe and has his quarterstaff always slung over his shoulder. His white hair is still thick. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. His golden hair is braided into rings. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in the south. Percival liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against orcs

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and money/treasure
