Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Dyer. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Anselm was born with his father's beautiful face. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He became a Dyer soon after.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a long, violet cloak. His tied-back hair is chestnut. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Hunter hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a deep hatred of brigands

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is wearing a long, black cloak. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is brown and very short. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ernest was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This tall, slender man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. He has wavy brown hair. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: John hails from a village terrorized by giants. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting giants, the young John began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. John was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and many giants want him driven away

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Diggory was born the youngest of three triplets. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new dilettante responsibilities is difficult
