Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His white hair is still thick. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Frederick took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: This malnourished man wears a black vest and prefers blue and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hugh embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Gardener responsibilities is difficult; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He's also a talented Body Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he's looking for his big break
