History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Geoffrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Alex hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Hugh was born the youngest of three triplets. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. This green eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to work out more often
