Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Rolf was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he has money and likes to spend it

He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thomas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
