Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Miles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with his Knight mother left him crippled. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Miles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Adam lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adam grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adam. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Simon was born with his father's beautiful face. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is a Interpreter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born into a rich family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Interpreter. He's also a talented Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
