Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bernard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Bernard was born the youngest of three triplets. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears tattered old clothes. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a tight fitting violet shirt and pants. His black hair is cut short. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Being a Brewer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Human compassion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing. His hair is short and brown. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Gardener. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
