History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
