History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Rolf's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Rolf was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rolf's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and he won custody of their son.
