Charles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His blue eyes peer out from beneath his broad violet hat.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He got into the Jeweler business at a young age. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Hunter speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Hunter enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He got into the Mortician business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. He's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Shepherd again; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This malnourished man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His white hair is still thick. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Patrick alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Rolf is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Rolf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
