Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a grey vest and prefers pastel and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 99. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born into a rich family. He worked as a nervous Bather and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is golden and very short. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To be a Cartwright again; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Voice: Low and grunting

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears skinny pants and wears a black and pastel robe with the hood down. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears just a grey suit. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He got into the Interpreter business at a young age. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He's also a talented Sailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
