Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and doesn't want to be a sellsword and was forced into it by his family

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
