History: The child of a Farmer, who enjoyed hunting, Dustin was taken on many hunting expeditions. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

A freak accident while working with his Barkeep father left him crippled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Jocelyn was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed.
