He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it, and his gloved hand is found clutching a ceremonial dagger. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: Norman hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Blacksmith. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. After a long history of fighting, William and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Dyer father left him crippled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is a Ruler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Shepherd, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Expand his business; and to be a shepherd again
