History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born in the south to a Courier, Justin learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right.
